Phase 1
Discovery (Free Mockup)
Project Scope Call
We define the scope of your project, including number of pages, page templates, and any other special features that you'll require (ex: API integration, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
Website Proposal
Once we have a clear understanding of the scope of your project, we will send you a detailed proposal outlining everything you will receive if you decide to move forward with working together. This will include items such as budget, timeline, number of pages, page templates, design revisions, etc.
Website Questionnaire
If the proposal looks good to you, you won't be required to sign anything yet. From here, we will continue to work with you like we would a contracted client, starting by sending you a more detailed questionnaire about your website, including information on your company, your customers, other websites you like the look/feel of, etc.
Mockup Delivery
After the Project Scope Call is completed, we will have a mockup back to you within 4-5 business days.
Mockup Review
If you are pleased with the mockup and want to move forward, we will use the terms outline in our proposal. if not, that's okay - there are no hard feelings and no other obligations!
Phase 2
Content
Website Kickoff Meeting
Our project will officially begin with a website kickoff meeting, where we will work together to establish your goals for the project, identify the unique users coming to your site, and establish the current and desired traffic sources driving visitors to the website. We will then go over our entire design and development process and assign next-step homework assignments for everyone.
